Returns & Refunds Policy — Divine Livings

At Divine Livings we’re upfront about our products and pricing — no hidden fees. We do apply a few limitations to our returns policy, and we believe they are fair and clear. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Customized Item — Repair-Only Policy

All customized furniture items are eligible for repair only. We do not offer refunds or full returns on customized items. If you report a manufacturing or quality issue with a customized product, we will assess and repair the item as appropriate.

Notes:

  • If the issue is covered by our repair policy and the item’s size and customization details match the original order, we will fix the problem.
  • If you ordered a product with a custom color or finish, the product is considered customized and is not refundable — only repair or replacement (at our discretion) will be considered.

Products That Are Non-Refundable

The following items are not refundable under any circumstances (unless required by applicable law):

  • Assembled or disassembled items
  • Open sofas, beds, or installed MDF furniture
  • Used bedding (e.g., bed linens, duvets, pillows, pillow-tops)
  • Any mattress or upholstered product missing its law label
  • Made-to-measure items (custom or on-demand manufactured items)
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or washed

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (whether placed online or through a sales agent). If you cancel after the 24-hour window:

  • Bank charges and processing fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount (where refunds are permitted).
  • There is no cash back on customized orders — customized orders follow the Repair-Only Policy above.

How to Request a Repair or Report an Issue

  1. Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  2. We will respond with instructions for assessment, scheduling a repair, or next steps.
  3. Do not return items to our warehouse without prior authorization.

Shipping, Collection & Fees

Any shipping or collection costs for repairs, pick-up, or replacement may be charged to the customer unless otherwise specified in writing by Divine Livings. We will communicate any applicable fees before proceeding.

Exceptions & Consumer Rights

This policy is subject to local consumer protection laws. If you are entitled to additional rights under applicable law, those statutory rights will apply and this policy will not limit them.
